CHARLES H. HOLMES, JR. - CPA

Charles is a Certified Public Accountant and trusted Business Advisor.
He has over 25 years of broad experience in Accounting, Finance & Operations, and Tax Compliance.
As a serial entrepreneur having owned a franchised business, an accounting firm, and distribution company, Charles understands the concerns of business owners who are striving to grow their companies. After graduating from Rutgers University, he entered Public Accounting and became an Audit Manager at Deloitte (a Big Four Accounting Firm). Later he moved on to become VP of Finance/Controller of Sean John (a major fashion brand owned by Sean “Diddy” Combs).
Charles’ community service has included serving on the Finance Committee of the Tony Award winning Crossroads Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ, serving on the Board of Directors of Newark Do Something (whose signature program was teaching Character Education in the Newark Public Schools), and serving as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of MyPIE, Inc. (a non-profit that provides education on Chronic Disease Prevention).

IRENE GRAY

Irene is an experienced Accountant and trusted Business Advisor with a solid background working in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rutgers University; an MBA degree, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Phoenix; and a School Business Administrator, Certificate of Eligibility from the NJ Department of Education. With the knowledge obtained from her academic achievements and growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she has been able to successfully provide services to clients over the last 25 years.
Professionally, Irene has worked and provided services at some of the largest and most recognizable companies in New Jersey. These companies include: L’Oréal USA, BASF, Public Service Enterprise Group (PSEG), and Prudential Financial to name a few.
While on assignment, she has:
managed processes concerning accounting, cash management, and store operations for retail & pop-up stores
managed processes over corporate budgeting & expense management
created procedures for key performance indicators (KPIs) action items
reviewed and developed business area requirements for new and existing computer applications
prepared financial statements for the PSEG Foundation.
As part of her commitment to serving in the community, Irene has done work in companies she has worked for and other entities for which she has a personal connection. For the Girl Scouts of America, Roselle, NJ, she currently serves as Treasurer.

RAMELA LALL HABERSTUMPF

Ramela is an experienced Accountant with a background in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
She has obtained her B.S. degree in Accounting from St. John’s University. With over 20 years of working experience and growing up in an entrepreneurial family from young. After graduating college instead of working in the family business, she decided to step out of her comfort zone and get a job outside of the family business. Since, then she has worked for some leading companies such as Macy*s where she was an Accountant and Sean John (a Sean “Diddy” Combs Company) as the Assistant Controller.
She is eager to help family businesses succeed.
Ramela also serves her community by being a part of the Board of Directors for a non-for-profit Daycare in Queens, NY. She holds the position of treasurer.
